I have the right to reject your commission request if I am not comfortable with drawing it.

I have the right to use finished commissions as a part of my portfolio. Commissioner will obviously own the copyright to the character (if its theirs) and will be mentioned as the owner of said character.

You have to be 18+ years old to request a commission, and by requesting it you are confirming said fact.

The reference to your character must be clear.

You can ask me to make some changes as long as you provide me with references.

You can not change the character you've commissioned me once I've started working on it.

You can ask me for drawing changes after I send you the doodle and you can also ask for max 3 changes after I finish. Please don't ask for line or posture changes after approving said part. Unfortunately, I'll have to charge for it if that happens.

A discord link to my server for easier contact. You will have your own private section and you will always remain anonymous, no other. No one else but me can see you.

I will send you a mail or message monthly after your commission has accepted. This is to keep you updated of my progress, the cue and the commissions I'm working on at the moment.

I will assign you a number for Trello, where you can see my process at anytime.

My work schedule is Monday to Friday, 10 AM ~ 6 PM GMT+1. You can contact me whenever desired during work time. Unless I start the communication, I'd appreciate it if you avoided messaging me during my weekends.

I can stream to you while drawing your commission (privately). This service is free, but has to be requested by the customer. Please understand I will not able to provide this service outside of my work schedule.

I take commissions with 3 months ahead and payment is upfront.

I can take 3+ months to finish your commission once it's started. I also tend to work in multiple commissions and comercial work at the same time. If this is difficult for you, please reconsider commissioning me.

I only accept payments via PayPal.

Payment is upfront after confirming the commission slot. Payment installment periods can be discussed for $300+ commissions.

I will only wait for 48h for your payment once you've confirmed it. If I don't get the money by that time, I'll message you, wait for 24h, and if I don't get a reply I will cancel your order.

As a general rule, I don't do refunds unless I am at fault. This includes if the commission hasn't been started yet, as I plan my work schedule by quarters. I understand mishaps may happen, and I'd love to help, but please understand this is my job.
